Terms of Service

BDCHost strives for 100% customer satisfaction. There are a few terms of service that you must agree to before we can begin our business relationship.

Payment of Fees
When we establish our agreement, we will come to an understanding on the fees that you are expected to pay HighRevHosting for the services provided to you. These fees may include a set up fee, a service fee, and fees for additional services that you may request. All of these fees are subject to change at any time, but we will provide you with a 30 day notice before these fee changes take place.
Currently, we are set up to accept payment through all major credit cards and PayPal. Of course, we expect to be compensated for the work we do for you. Therefore, if you fail to make payments as agreed, we will stop performing the agreed upon service.

Our Services
When we make our agreement to work together, you may select a hosting package containing the services you desire. From time to time, we might need to make changes to these services. In most cases, these services are made in order to offer better services to you. We have the right to make these changes, but we promise that any changes will still result in providing you with equal or better services to what you are already receiving.

Content Restrictions
No underage or illegal adult material. No child pornography. No Email Marketing, Soliciting or SPAM. No Pirated Software, Warez or Cracks. No IRC.

Permission Granted
Once we decide to work together, we will require a minimum of 24 hours and up to 72 hours to complete your server setup and customization. Web and VPS accounts are on an automated queue and will be setup within hours of receiving payment.

Confidentiality
We realize that we are not some top secret government agency or the holders of a patent that will change the world, but we are proud of what we have managed to create at HighRevHosting. While working with us, you may periodically come across some information that is considered to be proprietary information, such as our maintenance tools or our customer service tools.

We ask that you respect our hard work and keep in mind that we maintain sole ownership of those tools. In addition, you agree that you won't share this information or these tools with another person or to help another person try to reproduce or make changes to our tools and other information. By helping to maintain the integrity of our tools and software, you make it possible for us to continue servicing you with the highest level possible. So, if you think about it, it really is a win-win situation.

Establishing Our Time Together
Once you decide on a service package from HighRevHosting.com, that package will specify how long our agreement will be in place. This time period starts as soon as your account is activated. We will automatically renew your agreement and will charge you in the same way we agreed when you first signed up for our service. If you decide you no longer want our services – and we hope that doesn't happen – just notify us and your account will not be renewed when your current contract ends. We unfortunately do not offer any prorated refunds for services already paid and are not responsible for any loss of revenue.

Suspending or Terminating Accounts
We hope that this never happens, but you should know that we have the right to suspend or to even terminate your account if you fail to live up to our agreement. The fastest way to make this happen would be failure to make a payment (we like you, but we can't afford to do this for free). So, please be sure to keep your account in good standing at all times. Accounts not paid by the due date are subject to a $25 late fee. All subscription payments are due on the 1st of the month. Co-location clients have 48 business hours to arrange removal of hardware from our server facilities from the date of cancelation or termination.

Getting to Know You
In order to provide you with the best service possible, we will need to collect and keep some information about you. This will include your billing address, your dates of service, your billing records, your site statistics, your usage statistics, your services purchased, and our correspondences. By keeping thorough records, we can be certain to provide you with the services you need and to have an open line of communication with you. Of course, you are free to keep records of information about us as well.
